The Faculty of Dentistry and Pharmacya  Alfraganus University was established by the decision of the university rector in 2025 to meet the growing demand for highly qualified medical professionals. The faculty offers undergraduate programs in the following fields:

• Dentistry – Educating future dentists in oral health, including preventive care, treatment, and oral surgery.

In addition to undergraduate programs, the faculty provides clinical residency programs in various specialized medical fields, including:

• Orthopedic Dentistry – Training specialists in reconstructive and corrective dental treatments.
• Maxillofacial Surgery – Teaching advanced surgical techniques related to the face, jaw, and oral structures.
• Orthodontics- is a branch of dentistry that deals with the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of malocclusion and malocclusion of teeth using braces, elayers, and other devices.
• Surgical dentistry- deals with the treatment of diseases of the oral cavity, teeth, and jaws through surgical interventions.
