Abduvalieva Kamolakhan Ravshanbekovna was born in 1987 in the Andijan region to a family of academics. For 14 years, he served as an information policy advisor to the chairman of the Andijan Regional Council of the " Milliy tiklanish" party. He ran for the Oltinkol district council in 2009 and was a deputy on the Andijan regional council from 2014 to 2019. Throughout his career, he worked well in the executive system of Republican administration groups on youth policy. Today, he serves as an adviser to the university's rector on information policy problems and as press secretary. They can speak Russian, Turkish, and Uzbek fluently.

Effective organizational and public efforts were reviewed and awarded with the Republic of Kazakhstan's "Makhir Iqtidar" badge. Four poetry anthologies and a methodological guide were released. Since 2020, the Republic has been a member of the Society of Enlightenment Promoters.
