Task

- Timely and high-quality implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the University Council, orders of the rector;

- Work in cooperation with the Scientific and Technical Information Center of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

- Organize the establishment of cooperative relations with the relevant departments of the Agency for Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other higher educational institutions, ensuring the exchange of information;

- Organize special seminars on the use of international databases such as Scopus, SciVal, Web of Science, Science Direct, Springer Nature, EBSCO, Pivot-RP, Mendeley, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate in order to further strengthen education and research at the university;

- organizing seminars and trainings on increasing citations to articles of university professors and teachers in the Scopus scientific database;

- coordinating work on including scientific journals of the university in the Scopus scientific database;

- organizing the system of encouraging articles in the Scopus scientific database published by employees of the university's departments, departments and centers, as well as local and foreign researchers under the "Fee-for-Service Agreement" concluded between the university and the university;

- harmonizing the university's development strategy for the near and medium term with the target indicators of the ratings of internationally recognized organizations in the field of education (Quacquarelli Symonds, Times Higher Education, or Academic Ranking of World Universities, Webometrics);

- organizing the operation of the university's QS international rating profile management system;

- organizing the operation of the university's THE international rating profile management system;

- Organization of the activities of the university's Webometrics international rating profile management system;

- Organization of the activities of the university's UI Greenmetrics international rating profile management system;

- Organization of the activities of the university's RUR international rating profile management system;

- Organization of the activities of the DataPoints university efficiency analysis and comparison system;

- Participation in scientific grants in collaboration with experts from international organizations, professors, and teachers of universities in foreign countries.
