The Department of Management and Marketing is a scientific and practical center specializing in teaching modern strategies of business management and marketing. The department provides students with the opportunity to study in-depth the theoretical and practical foundations of management, as well as such areas as marketing analysis, strategic planning, brand management, international business and digital marketing.
Classes are taught by experienced teachers and business representatives using interactive methods. Students also have the opportunity to participate in trainings and internships organized jointly with leading companies to improve their practical skills.
The department implements promising educational programs aimed at conducting innovative research and training students as qualified specialists in the field of entrepreneurship and management.
Students studying in the Management specialty will gain deep knowledge and practical skills in the field of business administration, strategic planning and effective management of organizations. The following main topics are taught within this specialty: Management Fundamentals, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management ( HRM ), Project Management. Students studying in this specialty can work as managers, business analysts, HR specialists, project managers, entrepreneurs or hold other management positions in the future.
Students studying Marketing will study market analysis, consumer behavior, brand building, and advertising strategies. This track is based on modern marketing principles and innovative approaches, preparing students to work effectively in a real business environment. Graduates with a degree in Marketing can work in the following positions: Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Brand Manager, Advertising Specialist, Sales and Customer Service Manager.
"Logistics" provides deep knowledge and practical skills in planning, organizing and managing the processes of delivery of products and services from the manufacturer to the consumer. This area includes such important aspects as transportation, supply chain, warehouse management, international transportation and logistics technologies. Graduates with a specialization in logistics can work in the following positions: logistics manager, transport and freight specialist, customs and international trade specialist, warehouse and inventory management specialist, digital logistics and automation specialist.
