Our faculty has developed training programs for all branches of the national economy based on world experience in order to train highly educated personnel with advanced professional skills in the fields of economy, management, logistics, finance, and international economy. The formation of qualification requirements is based on the wishes and needs of employers. The main content of specialized subjects is created on the basis of these requirements.
The share of elective subjects in the credit-module system is planned separately. It is also aimed at developing the professional skills of the students in depth. In the field of "Economics (by branches and sectors)" it is aimed to bring specialists who can analyze economic processes in the conditions of a market economy and make the right decisions about economic development to the labor market.
The "Taxes and taxation (by types of activity)" course in educational programs serves for students to thoroughly study the international and national tax system, to become specialists who can perfectly conduct tax policy at any level.
The main task of the "Finance and financial technologies" direction is to train specialists who have studied the international and national financial system in depth and can conduct effective financial policy at all levels of the financial system.
The "World economy and international economic relations (by regions and types of activity)" course provides personnel capable of in-depth analysis of the world economic system and the economic relations of Uzbekistan with other countries.
The "Accounting and auditing (by branches)" course prepares specialists who can analyze and audit the financial activities of budget organizations and economic entities.
Specialists who analyze trade relations between countries and are familiar with transport corridors are trained in the field of "Logistics (by routes)".
The "Management" course provides students with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to effectively manage enterprises, organizations and teams. Management forms the following competencies in important areas: principles of management, concepts of strategy and tactics; digital economy, market laws, financial management; teamwork, motivation theories; starting a new business, managing startups; strategic thinking, analysis and effective decision-making in problem situations.
The direction of "Marketing" prepares personnel who can influence it through marketing strategies that constantly develop the market activity of enterprises in order to meet the growing needs of consumers in the market, manage it effectively and ensure competitiveness.
Graduates of the "Banking" course are trained as highly qualified specialists for financial institutions. They will acquire fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in banking system, credit policy, investments, risk management and financial management. They also have competencies in analyzing macro and microeconomic processes, strategic planning, managing liquidity and capital adequacy, and ensuring corporate financial stability, contributing to the innovative development of the banking sector.
