Born in 1974 in Khorezm region, Khazarasp district
1991-1997: Student at Tashkent State University (now the National University of Uzbekistan)
1998-2000: Lecturer at Khazarasp Medical College
1999-2002: Student at Tashkent State University of Economics
In the sphere of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation:
2000-2021: Teacher and deputy director in secondary specialized and vocational education institutions; chief specialist at the Center for Secondary Specialized and Vocational Education and the Ministry.
In the Industry sector:
2008-2011: Internal Auditor in the Internal Audit Department of "Coca-Cola Uzbekistan Beverage" LLC, Urgench Branch.
At higher educational Institutions:
2021-2023: First-class economist and head of the Planning and Finance Department at the Institute of Belarus-Uzbekistan Intersectoral Applied Technical Qualifications in Tashkent.
2023 – present: Head of the Planning and Finance Department at Afraganus University.
About the department
The Planning and Finance Department is a structural unit of the university. The department's responsibilities include developing prospective and current plans, forecasting expenses for university divisions, and identifying the financial needs of the university from various sources. The department is engaged in compiling a list of income and expenses for all types of activities, analyzing the university's financial and economic operations, developing long-term projects, preparing annual admission plans for students, determining faculty staffing, salaries, and additional payments, as well as conducting their monitoring.
The department was established in October 2023.

Responsibilities of the Head of Department:
Organizing, coordinating, and ensuring that the department's work is carried out in accordance with the established work plan.
Performing duties based on the economic regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the orders, directives, and instructions of the university rector.
Conducting expert analyses and economic evaluation of decisions and directives related to the allocation of funds as assigned by the institution’s leadership.
Recording and managing the salaries of newly hired professors, teachers, and staff for the new academic year.
