About the Student Department (Office Registrar)

The duties of the Office Registrar are as follows:

1. Receiving and processing documents – Registering and processing incoming and outgoing documents.

2. Receiving applicants and visitors – Directing them to the necessary departments and answering their questions.

3. Storing and archiving documents – Organizing important documents and keeping them ready to find when needed.

4. Providing information for employees and visitors – Providing information on official documents or internal procedures.

5. Working with Hemis – Ensuring that students are fully integrated into the Hemis platform.



The registrar's office is responsible for providing applicants and their parents with detailed information about the university, faculties, programs, student housing, entrance exams, and admission processes. They also work with the documents of students admitted during the academic year, archiving them by courses, programs, and form of education.
