Education is the foundation of societal development. The main objective of the educational programs in Pedagogy (in the field of education sciences), Primary Education, Psychology (based on types of activities), Preschool Education, and Special Pedagogy (Logopedics) is to elevate the spirituality of young people, develop their modern thinking, logical reasoning, and critical thinking through the provision of quality education. It is difficult to imagine the progress of a country without these fields. The Faculty of Education, with the largest number of students, is dedicated to the study of human activities, which are the primary factors in the global issues of the 21st century. These include ecological problems, economic and political crises, education, hunger, food security, and others. The solution to these issues lies in enhancing societal systems that define individual and social decisions, and the modern knowledge in this field is the focus of the faculty. This faculty has established collaborative relations with higher educational institutions and research centers in countries such as Latvia, Sweden, the USA, and Canada to prepare highly qualified professionals for the labor market. Joint masterclasses and distance learning sessions are regularly organized with foreign partners, assisting in the development of students' professional skills in line with modern global standards. Additionally, students’ independent thinking and perspectives on societal issues are strengthened.

The Faculty of Education was established based on the minutes of the 10th meeting of the Council of the non-governmental higher educational institution "Alfraganus University," held in July 2023.
