According to item 15 of the Presidential Decree No. PQ–171 dated May 31, 2023, titled "On Measures for the Effective Organization of the Activities of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change", May 12 has been designated as World Migratory Bird Day, dedicated to issues of ecology, environmental protection, and climate change.

In connection with this occasion, an event was held at Alfraganus University.
