The “AFU Stom” club is launching three practical training courses for students:

— Therapeutic Massage Course
Participants will learn massage and physical therapy (LFK) techniques to treat muscle, spine, and nervous system disorders in children and adults.

— Natural Soap-Making Course
Students will gain hands-on experience in producing soaps with lanolin, chamomile, honey, milk, scrubs, shampoos, and sachets.

— “Step Towards Natural Beauty” Cosmetics Course
Training includes preparation of natural oils, foams, lotions, sprays, creams, and masks, as well as facial care and snail therapy techniques.

At the end of the courses, participants will be awarded certificates of completion.
