According to the recommendation of the Council of the Tashkent Medical Academy, the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan has confirmed Shermanov Abduvali Ortiqovich as Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences.
