At Alfraganus University, the "Mehr Tour" club organized an auction among volunteers, selling donated books, handmade crafts, old items, and artisan works contributed by students.

Like other clubs, this one is entirely student-run, with no involvement from professors or university administration. The funds collected are counted by the student commission and used to purchase gifts and necessary items, which are then donated to orphanages.

Additionally, students showcase their creative performances, including theater acts and concerts.
