Robbery is the open seizure of another person's property and is punishable as follows:

In standard cases:
A fine of up to 50 times the base calculation amount (BCA), or up to 360 hours of community service, or up to 3 years of correctional labor, or restriction of liberty for 1 to 3 years, or imprisonment for up to 3 years.

In aggravating circumstances (e.g., committed with violence or by a group of persons):
Imprisonment from 3 to 5 years.
