A seminar on "Current Issues of Modern Turkic Languages" was held by the Department of Eastern Philology at the Faculty of Philology of Alfraganus University, with Professor Aynur Öz Özcan from the Department of Modern Turkic Languages of Ankara University, Turkey.

During the seminar, discussions were held on the activities of the departments of modern Turkic languages taught at Turkish universities, the training of Uzbek language specialists at Ankara University since the early years of independence, the current existence of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs in this field, and the establishment of bilateral cooperation.
