Alfraganus University Soft Skills Center invites university staff to participate in a special program that allows them to have an additional source of income while retaining their main job and to acquire the modern profession of a trainer.
This competition is organized at the university with the aim of forming a team of professional trainers, developing the personal and professional competencies of staff, and introducing innovative approaches to the educational process.
Purpose of the competition:
— To identify talented staff with training potential;
— To assess pedagogical and communication skills;
— To train and support modern trainers;
— To create additional activities while retaining the main job and salary;
Requirements for participants:
— Possess leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills;
— Ability to solve problems and adapt to different audiences;
— Ability to organize interactive sessions;
— High-level communication, emotional intelligence, and stress resistance;
— Active participation in university activities;
— Preference will be given to those who know Russian and English.
Selection stages:
• Receiving and screening CVs
• Expert evaluation based on a mini-training
Those who successfully pass the selection will be involved in a special trainer preparation program. The competition lasts until May 1.
