A delegation from one of the world's Top 1000 universities — Southern Federal University of the Russian Federation — paid an official visit to Alfraganus University. The delegation was led by Natalia Valeryevna Karpovskaya, the university’s authorized representative and Director of the International Institute of Interdisciplinary Education and Ibero-American Studies.

This visit was organized to bring the previously signed memorandum of cooperation into practical implementation and to ensure its systematic execution. During the negotiations, agreements were reached in the following areas:

— Professional development of academic staff
— Joint publication of scientific articles
— Collaborative scientific projects and research

Additionally, both institutions agreed on academic exchange, alignment of educational programs, and the organization of internships and practical training for students.

This visit marked a significant step toward strengthening cooperation between the two universities and advancing high-quality education.
