Ziyodullo Xabibullayevich Rakhmatullayev has been appointed Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual–Educational Work at Alfraganus University.

He was born in 1985 in the Andijan region, is married, and has six children. He has many years of professional experience in his field.

Throughout his career, he has served as Assistant to the Rector at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University; Head of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment; Head of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department; Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs and Spiritual–Educational Work at the Faculty of Philology; Head of the External (Special External) Department at Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy; Dean of the Socio-Economic Faculty; Dean of the Faculty of Philology; and Dean of the Faculty of Philology at Alfraganus University.
